Mortage company generally use softwarea online but this is an offline software or stand alone software for mortage company. when customer apply for mortage company have to take their all details before granting it. We can do this process easy using this software.

You can even give more facilities in softwares like consolidate school loans or car insurance or equity consolidation. I think its upto you what you wanna add in the software
